Introduction To Marble Survey

This groundbreaking survey was conducted at the request of local and international investors. This primary research data provides GPS coordinates of 66 quarries to pinpoint their exact location.

Based on the detailed findings of the survey, Afghanistan’s marble quarries offer exceptional quality and variety. The areas featured in this survey are considered secure and free of landmines and can be visited with the appropriate security arrangements, available at a minimum cost.

To meet investor demand, it is anticipated that a further survey will be conducted in the near future to collect data on additional varieties of marble and dimension stone.
